Affiliate Program Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the AdServe.store Affiliate Program! We value our affiliates and strive to create a mutually beneficial relationship. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 17% commission on all referred product sales.
• Commission is based on the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds.
• There are no minimum sales requirements to remain in the program.

3. Payment Schedule

• Payments are issued on a Net 30 basis (30 days after the sale is completed and not refunded).
• All payments are made via PayPal only.
• Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payouts.

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link to track sales.
• Cookies last for 30 days, meaning commissions will be credited if a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link.
• Only the last affiliate link clicked before a purchase is credited with the sale.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading, deceptive, or spammy tactics to generate sales.
• Use paid ads (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads) that bid on AdServe.store branded keywords.
• Engage in cookie stuffing, false representation, or any fraudulent activity.
• Offer unauthorized discounts or misrepresent our pricing or products.

6. Account Termination

AdServe.store reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if:

• Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected.
• An affiliate violates this policy.
• The program is discontinued or modified.

7. Program Changes

AdServe.store reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or other conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
