1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available)
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

AdServe.Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to replace or refund the damaged items.
