  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available)
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • AdServe.Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will work with you to replace or refund the damaged items.
